Information we collect and how it is collected
When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process and in order to fulfil your order, we collect personal information you give us, such as:

  • details of the product(s) that you order. 
If you subscribe to our Mailing List we will collect your name and your email address.  You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information or communication if you contact us directly through our Contact Us form.  We do not directly store your payment details.
Why we collect Personal Information and how we use it

How we store, share and disclose your Personal Information
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances.
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform.  We share information with Wix as necessary to provide you our services and to comply with and fulfil our obligations. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. We share your personal information with certain trusted third parties to perform functions such as delivery companies, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
If we sell or merge the business it may be necessary to disclose your information as part of the transfer, but only to the extent permitted by law.

  • Complain - If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
Data Retention
